Advertising Content Policy
Pet Businesses for Sale.com is extremely concerned with providing all of our users with a positive and ethical advertising experience. All Pet Businesses for Sale.com advertisers must ensure that each and every ad complies with the following guidelines:
Advertisements may NOT include:
- Racial intolerance or advocate violence in general or against any individual, animal, group, or organization
- Pornography, adult, or mature content
- Any other content that promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others
- Sales or promotion of certain weapons, such as firearms, ammunition, balisongs, butterfly knives, and brass knuckles
- Promotion of hunting activities
Listing titles and content may not include the following: puppies for sale, dogs/ cats for sale, breeder, breeding, puppy store, hunting, hunter, shooting, electronic pet containment /fences or collars or hunting supply store. We reserve the right to edit or delete ads.
Guarantee
You agree that any payment made towards advertising and listing services is not a promise or a guarantee by Pet Business for Sale.com of the results and the results may vary based on the type of advertisement listing, service, business, location and other related factors.
Return Policy
There are no refunds for cancellations on individual ads that have been placed on a single individual basis.
Refunds for broker/agent advertising accounts, banner advertising, franchise for sale advertising only:
1. You can end your subscription or adverts online by using our contact form. Monthly pro-rated refunds are available. To avoid being charged monthly subscriptions or advertising fees, Pet Businesses for Sale.com must receive your cancellation notice before the first day of the month or one week in advance of your advert expiring.
2. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Advertisers who cancel their service, or whose credit cards expire without first providing another card for us to bill, may be removed.
3. Please ensure that your payment card details are kept up to date. If we are unable to process payment from your card, we regret that it will be necessary to suspend your service until you provide us with details of a valid payment card. You can do this by contacting customer service or by using our shopping cart. You will still be liable for any outstanding payments that could not be met when your account was suspended.
